Instructions for submitting a talk or poster

To submit a talk or poster you must first log into the CCSD platform — that hosts HAL, Episciences, sciencesconf.org and in particular this webpage.

If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking on the "Login" link:

and then go to "Create account". Once your account is created, you will receive an email from Sciencesconf asking you to validate your account creation request. Click on the validation link provided in the email to validate your account creation.

IMPORTANT: once you have clicked on that link, you might receive an error message like "invalid token" or "this page does not exist". It doesn't matter, your account has been created successfully, and you can then log in to the website by clicking "Login".

Once you log into the website you can access the submission form at the "New submission" webpage.

Talks for invited and contributed sessions

If you are invited to give a talk please select the topic "Invited session" and the title of the session to which you are invited. Otherwise, we encourage you to submit an abstract to a contributed session. For this, select the topic ''Contributed session'', and submit your title and abstract. If your proposal is selected, your talk will be included in a contributed session.

Posters

Presenting a poster may be a great opportunity for interacting with colleagues, especially if you're a junior researcher. Also, the number of possible contributed talks may be limited, so if it's not possible to accommodate your talk in a contributed session, you will automatically be considered for a poster.

To submit a poster proposal, please select the type of your contribution as ''Poster'', and submit your title and abstract.

The poster must be printed and taken to the conference by the author.
